Regional Sales Manager UK (m/f/d)

The Regional Sales Manager UK PCMO at Motul Deutschland GmbH, based in the United Kingdom, is responsible for generating new customers for Motul´s importers, building direct relationships with them, and increasing the Motul brand share in their Automotive, HD & associated Markets.

YOUR TASKS: SALES IS YOUR PASSION!

  1. Implement and develop the UK automotive Strategy Plan by feedback, development solutions & problem detection.
  2. Manage customers to clarify: daily business, order intake, tracking, control and adaptation, credit notes, claim handling, product returns, debit notes, 1st level product guidance, delivery time tracking in SAP and CRM.
  3. Drive growth with NTR and additional Motul ranges launches.
  4. Support weekly visits to distributors and customers to grow sales.
  5. Perform data analysis to review sales performance and reporting.
  6. Map UK & Ireland competitor prices.
  7. Support trade fairs/shows, agency contracts, sponsorships, and race events.
  8. Collaborate with UK & Ireland Trade Marketing and Brand ambassadors for promotions.
  9. Develop new sales channels for Additives, Bike Care, and Motul concepts for importers.

YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!

  1. Previous UK & Ireland automotive/aftermarket trade experience dealing with Buying groups.
  2. Sales and marketing experience.
  3. Proven ability to establish credibility with key customers, prospects, and partners.
  4. Graduate level or industry experience of similar level.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel; Adobe skills are an advantage.
  6. Professional sales certifications are an advantage.
  7. Ability to travel frequently within UK & Ireland.
  8. Proactive attitude with a desire to succeed.
  9. Driving license B.
