Purpose of the position

As a Junior CAD Design Draftsperson, you will be part of the ROV Operation department within the Robotics and Industrialized Solutions business line. You will support mechanical and structural drawing activities. As a junior resource, you will receive training to assist with ongoing and future projects.

Activities

• Carry out 3D modelling and 2D drafting tasks using AutoCAD and Inventor.
• Assist in the preparation of design drawings (Mechanical, Structural, and Layouts).
• Prepare bills of materials for requisitions.
• Update drawings based on feedback from other teams during design checks.

What are we looking for?

• Education: HNC in Mechanical Engineering preferred or similar.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in CAD drafting activities with relevant Offshore/Subsea Engineering background.
• Technical knowledge: Graphic communication qualification (AutoCAD, Inventor, or both), intermediate Autodesk-based CAD products.
• IT skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
