Your Way Sales Consultant - Homebased / Field Sales

Location: Brighton

Salary: Up to GBP40,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

Kff is a regional food wholesaler with around 250 colleagues based near Maidstone, Kent. We are part of Sysco, the world's largest foodservice provider with over 65,000 colleagues globally. Kff has a family feel with a close-knit team, supplying local pub and restaurant customers as well as delivering directly to caterers.

We have ambitious growth plans and are launching a new offering called "Your Way" within our Independent Sales business. As a Your Way Consultant, you'll be responsible for winning and maximizing business in your own dedicated neighborhood of just a mile square. What you will be doing:
  • Gain, grow, and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth vs targets
  • Research your target audience and opportunities within your territory
  • Build and leverage strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs
  • Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts
  • Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, adding value with practical solutions and products
  • Monitor competitor activity and proposals to ensure you offer the best local solutions
What we are looking for:

We seek someone who can win new business and maximize sales with existing customers. You should be commercially astute, proficient in Excel, and skilled in building relationships. A desire for sales is essential. Food industry experience is a plus but not required.
