Your Way Sales Consultant - Homebased / Field Sales

Brighton

Up to £40,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

We are part of Sysco, the world’s largest foodservice provider with over 65,000 colleagues globally. kff has a family feel with a close-knit team, supplying both local pub and restaurant customers as well as delivering directly to the caterer.

Here at kff, we’ve got ambitious growth plans, and we are launching a brand new offering called “Your Way” within our Independent Sales business. As a Your Way Consultant, you’ll be responsible for winning and maximising business in your own dedicated neighbourhood of just a mile square. If you enjoy working in the field and want to grow your career within one of the biggest foodservice companies, kff is the place for you.

What you will be doing:

  • Gain, grow, and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets
  • Research your target audience and opportunities in your territory
  • Build and leverage strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs
  • Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts
  • Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, adding value with practical solutions and products
  • Understand competitor activity and proposals to offer the best local solutions

What we are looking for:

We seek someone capable of winning new business and maximising sales with existing customers. Ideally, you’ll be commercially savvy, proficient in Excel, and skilled in relationship building. A desire for sales is essential. Food background experience is a plus but not necessary.
