Your Way Sales Consultant – Homebased / Field Sales

Location: Brighton

Salary: Up to GBP40,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home–based contract

Kff is a regional food wholesaler with around 250 colleagues based near Maidstone, Kent. We are part of Sysco, the world's largest foodservice provider with over 65,000 colleagues globally. Kff has a family feel with a close–knit team, supplying local pub and restaurant customers as well as delivering directly to caterers.

We have ambitious growth plans and are launching a new offering called "Your Way" within our Independent Sales business. As a Your Way Consultant, you'll be responsible for winning and maximizing business in your dedicated neighborhood of just a mile square. What you will be doing:

• Achieve profitable volume growth by gaining, growing, and retaining customers in your territory
• Research your target audience and identify opportunities within your territory
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs
• Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts
• Partner with customers to understand their growth plans and offer practical solutions and products to add value
• Monitor competitor activity and proposals to ensure you provide the best local solutions to your customers

What we are looking for:

We seek someone capable of winning new business and maximizing sales with existing customers. You should be commercially astute, proficient in Excel, and skilled in building and maintaining relationships. A strong desire for sales is essential. Food industry experience is a plus but not required.
