Job Role: Customer Care Assistant

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your main responsibilities include interacting with customers, ensuring the smooth operation of customer areas, making children feel welcome, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

You will be working in a fast-paced, energetic environment. We are looking for someone with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and make them feel valued.

Essential qualities include being friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful.
