As a Park's Motor Group Sales Manager, you will be a dynamic and forward-thinking professional, building ongoing relationships with our customers and your team. If you are a self-motivated leader who can offer excellent customer service, we offer an exciting opportunity to join our successful Sales team in Carlisle.

The Right Person Will Have
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience

  • High level of commercial acumen and knowledge of the motor industry
  • Proven track record in maximizing financial objectives, including targets related to budget, sales, profit, and CSI
  • Ability to maximize volume and profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written, analytical, and numerical skills
  • Proactive management style that reinforces corporate values
  • IT literacy (knowledge of Kerridge is desirable)
