Are you a qualified solicitor looking to take the next step in your litigation career? A growing, well-established legal team is seeking a talented Litigation Solicitor to manage a caseload across Employment Law and Civil Litigation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling a broad mix of employment and civil litigation matters
• Representing clients in County Court hearings and High Court interlocutory hearings
• Drafting pleadings, statements of case, defences, disclosure lists, and witness statements
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Supporting the Litigation team on larger and more complex matters
• Engaging in networking activities and developing strong local connections

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years PQE as a solicitor
• A proven track record in both Employment Law and Civil Litigation
• Strong courtroom experience (County Court and High Court interlocutory hearings)
• Competence in drafting legal documents and handling court procedures
• Someone confident, proactive, and motivated to build their presence in the local legal community
