Role overview

As a Claims Analyst, you will be a key member of our Analytics Team within Claims. Your role involves delivering insights that support our insurance operations, collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to develop data solutions that enable data-driven decisions and business growth.

Job responsibilities include:

• Communicating insights through visualisations and narratives
• Monitoring performance drivers affecting claims, operational costs, and customer outcomes
• Scoping and tracking initiatives to improve processes and controls
• Facilitating data literacy and dashboard usage through workshops and training
• Gathering data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Promoting data governance, quality, and security standards

Essential skills and experience

• Experience in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or Data Analysis within insurance or financial services
• Intermediate SQL skills, familiarity with Python or R, and experience with PowerBI or Tableau
• Proven track record in managing analytical projects and delivering stakeholder-focused analysis
