The Role

As a Product Manager within our H&B&Me team, you'll play a key role in delivering meaningful digital experiences that empower our customers to take control of their wellbeing. The Opportunity

As Product Manager, you'll take ownership of our wellness-focused mobile app product backlog, working at pace to deliver improvements, iterate based on data and customer insights, and launch features that genuinely support our users' health goals.

You'll lead a cross-functional optimisation squad focused on enhancing the app experience through continuous improvements, technical refinements, and bug fixes-while always keeping the user at the heart of everything you do.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and monitor key product metrics to assess the success of features, experiments, and enhancements.
  • Use customer insights and data to inform product decisions and continuously iterate on the app experience.
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog-refining user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure your team is focused and aligned.
  • Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and manage the end-to-end delivery of new features and improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to turn ideas into high-impact product experiences.
  • Conduct UAT, gather feedback, and drive post-launch analysis to fuel future innovation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, especially within health tech and digital wellness.
The Person

  • You're experienced in product management, ideally in health tech, wellness, or consumer mobile apps.
  • You've worked in agile environments and know how to ship features fast without sacrificing quality.
  • You're confident translating customer needs into product requirements that drive behavioural change and business value.
  • You're data-driven and insight-led, balancing qualitative feedback with hard metrics.
  • You're a strong communicator and natural collaborator-able to influence, inspire, and align cross-functional teams.
  • You're passionate about improving people's lives through digital products.

  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks and tools like Jira and Miro
  • A customer-centric mindset with a keen eye for detail and usability
