About The Role

Leading the International marketing team at our Headquarters in Baker Street and reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, Communications and Digital, the Senior International Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning the brand and enhancing market recognition across the EMEA region, acting as a strategic head with a hands-on approach.

This role requires excellent senior stakeholder management and project management skills, the ability to collaborate with people, lead a team and bring people from multiple countries together to align to a common vision and a strong ‘client first’ focus. The successful candidate will be experienced with driving quality leads on an international scale.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop and deliver marketing strategies for key areas of the business, while ensuring wider commercial and residential marketing activity is leveraged

  • Work with the Managing Director of Europe, Head of International Residential and the Managing Director or Middle East and Africa to align marketing objectives and ensure key campaigns are leveraged and localised across the EMEA network

  • Raise market profile and salience through brand consistency and brilliant execution at international property events

  • Lead a team to drive compelling campaigns, develop strong marketing strategies and design effective cross-channel plans based on market trends and in line with strategic objectives

  • Build strong relationships with Commercial and Residential EMEA Proprietary Partners, Country Heads and other marketing team members to ensure the team are delivering best in class brand related activity

  • Work collaboratively across the wider marketing and communications leadership team globally, ensuring engagement with channel experts from PR, research, digital, content, internal communications, creative services and marketing operations

  • Oversee the International marketing team’s work with creative services and external creative agencies, ensuring effective briefing and delivery of items on time and on budget

  • Upskill the local EMEA marketing network

  • Present strategies, plans and results to senior stakeholders, identify impact, areas of success and optimisation for future planning and delivery

  • Strong budget and project management focus

  • Lead global projects and campaigns

  • Manage a team of four people

Professional Experience and Personal Skills

  • Marketing qualification and/or eight years’ marketing experience preferred

  • A senior strategic marketer who has a track record of successfully driving marketing strategy internationally

  • A strong leader with experience managing and/or working with international teams

  • Excellent stakeholder management, listening and influencing skills

  • Experience of using the entire marketing mix to deliver high-impact campaigns and results

  • A passion for data, organisation, project management and managing teams

  • Demonstrable experience in overseeing the management of creative and media agencies

  • Excellent copywriting, proof-reading skills and an exceptional eye for detail

  • Confident and articulate; ability to listen, communicate with and present to people at all levels of the organisation

  • Flexible, adaptable and collaborative; able to work with people from a variety of countries

  • Experience working across multiple regions is desirable

  • Highly pro-active and a strong sense of self-motivation
