Job description

1. Ensuring a safe environment for Tesco colleagues: Taking ownership of reactive and proactive maintenance activities, identifying problems, and implementing effective solutions.
2. Carrying out daily maintenance tasks: Including fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, HVAC maintenance, and building maintenance.
3. Building effective relationships: Communicating clearly with site leadership teams and managing expectations where necessary.
4. Asset management: Ensuring assets are fixed in line with the agreed SLA’s.
5. Using systems effectively: Accurately recording work completed and describing work that needs escalation.
6. Collaborating with teams: Working closely with internal service teams and external contractors.
7. Compliance: Meeting necessary legal and compliance standards.

Additional requirements include:

• Working within a facility maintenance team
• Engineering and maintenance exposure
• Experience with workflow management software
