Job Description:

Pilgrim’s Ethics & Compliance Department is seeking an Analyst for the Ethics & Compliance team. The new team member will primarily be responsible for analyzing compliance-related data, and assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Pilgrim’s compliance program and other substantive ad-hoc projects. This position is fully onsite at our Pilgrims Europe HQ in Uxbridge, London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze fraud detection algorithms related to transaction monitoring; investigate anomalies and document outcomes.
• Manage third-party risk, including monitoring risk scores, questionnaires, and conducting due diligence.
• Assist in developing procedures and reporting for compliance software.
• Perform data analysis for internal reporting to identify trends and communicate findings.
• Coordinate with departments to develop metrics and ensure documentation of compliance responsibilities.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Compliance Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in data analytics, auditing, or corporate compliance.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics; willingness to learn and grow.
• Degree such as MBA, CFE preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of anti-corruption laws is a plus.
• Understanding of compliance concepts: conflicts of interest, due diligence, fraud, antitrust, anti-corruption, internal controls, metrics, monitoring.
• Experience with SAP.
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and independent worker.
• Team player who collaborates well.
• Willing and able to travel as needed.
