Job description

Elsdon Group are working with a leading European contractor who has a strong track record of delivering HV/MV projects and data centres. They are currently looking to add a HSE Advisor to the team in the North West. This role is remote, but you will be required to meet customers and contractors on site. This could be anywhere in the UK.

Day to day tasks:

• Assist the EHS Manager to ensure the company is fully compliant with all the latest legislation.
• Work effectively with the on-site team and Project Managers.
• Ensure the site is adequately set up.
• Assist with risk assessment statements.
• Provide training and communication to site personnel.
• Report and investigate incidents when they occur.

Requirements:

• Suitable candidates must have a relevant Health and Safety qualification and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload according to deadlines.
