Sales Manager- FTTx

Base Salary £75,000

The Opportunity

As a Sales Manager, this is your chance to own and build out the Fibre optic sales unit for a telecoms equipment procurement specialist.

The distributor has already established itself as a key partner to Internet Service Providers in the UK and has major agreements with global network infrastructure product suppliers, positioning them to offer exclusive products at market-leading prices.

You will be supported by owners and founders with excellent reputations in the ISP market, a strong brand, and a reliable service reputation. Additionally, a back-office team including BDMs, Customer Success, Marketing, Graphic Designers, and Copywriters will assist in achieving your goals.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a business unit, build your team, and develop sales strategies to open new markets.

Initially, you will need to be in Brighton regularly to establish processes and strategies. Once set, flexible hybrid working arrangements will be possible.

The company offers a strong, uncapped bonus structure based on revenue, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
