Senior CRM Manager - Maternity Cover
London

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior CRM Manager to join an exciting brand based in London. The role requires working two days per week in Brighton. You will define the CRM strategy and increase overall conversion rates. Your focus will be on re-engagement, customer retention, and loyalty across all channels, including email, direct mail, and SMS. You will be responsible for designing a multi-segmented CRM strategy, building a loyal customer database, and driving sales across all market channels. Additionally, you will make proactive recommendations for automated and event-triggered communications. The role involves developing the initial CRM strategy program and overseeing customer communications through CRM.

To be considered, you will ideally have experience with Klaviyo; however, experience with any email service provider (ESP) will be considered.
