Location: Nottingham

Hourly Rate: £15.13 - £16.25

Full Time Annual: £29k

Job Description

• Maintain the highest possible levels of care provision at all times
• Undertake duties in accordance with Right at Home policies and procedures
• Work closely with the Registered Manager, reporting concerns or changes regarding clients
• Provide personal care to assist clients with hygiene, appearance, and comfort
• Assist with meal preparation, hydration, and nutrition
• Help with daily tasks such as cleaning, shopping, laundry, and bill paying
• Assist clients with medication as per their care plan, depending on training
• Participate in team meetings, training, and reviews
• Collaborate with colleagues and other agencies involved in client care
• Follow work schedules and maintain accurate records
• Provide social support to clients, fostering contact with friends and family
• Contribute to safe moving and handling practices
• Exercise initiative and develop good practice skills

Qualifications & Experience
