We are working with a nursery in Whitchurch, RG28 area of Hampshire, that is looking for a Room Leader to manage their under 2-year-old room. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how to meet the needs of the youngest children in the nursery, develop meaningful relationships with children and their families, and provide a safe and stimulating environment.

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for running the under 2-year-old room, settling babies and their families into the nursery, leading your team to deliver high-quality childcare, and supporting nursery management.

Requirements for this role include:

1. Holding a Level 3 or higher childcare qualification
2. Having at least 2 years of post-qualifying experience
3. Experience working with 0-2-year-olds
4. Strong knowledge of child development
5. Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework

The position offers a 38 or 43-hour workweek with a salary of up to £25,000 per annum.
