Software Engineering Manager | £110k – Java, Vue.js & AWS

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of 10-15 engineers, fostering an open and high-performance culture.
2. Manage team sprints, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Ensure compliance with safety and security standards, including ISO certifications.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background in Java, Python, or other OOP languages.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Python, and AWS.
• Leadership and management experience of at least 1-2 years.
• ISO certification exposure is a plus.
