The Opportunity

We are seeking a technically strong, proactive, and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Winchester. You will lead project delivery, utilizing design skills such as flood advice, drainage, highways, street design, pavements, earthworks, and utilities.

Is this role right for you?

Minimum requirements include working towards or having achieved a relevant professional qualification, ideally with an MEng or Civil Engineering degree.

You should demonstrate strong technical experience in areas such as flood risk, drainage, sustainable drainage, earthworks, pavements, utilities, street design, constraints mapping, and infrastructure master planning.

Desired skills and experience include:

• Planning and statutory approval processes.
• Commercial knowledge, including fee proposals and monitoring.
• Workload planning.
• Mentoring and teaching.
• Ability to produce high-quality reports and specifications.
• Some contract knowledge, such as NEC or similar.
