- Preferably from an IT / Systems company, sized 500-1000 staff headcount.
- Strong organisational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to anticipate needs.
- Gravitas and confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders, board members, and investors.
- High-level discretion and confidentiality—capable of navigating sensitive information.
