  • C-level executive support experience (8+ years) in high-performance environments.
  • Preferably from an IT / Systems company, sized 500-1000 staff headcount.
  • Strong organisational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Gravitas and confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders, board members, and investors.
  • High-level discretion and confidentiality—capable of navigating sensitive information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to craft executive-level messaging.
  • Tech proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, expense management systems, and collaboration platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
