Qualifications

Salary

£8,390.03 per year (pro rata)

We have an exciting opportunity to join Scottish Borders Council as a part-time Professional Advisor at the Community Equipment Service, based in Tweedbank.

This role provides professional advisory support to all referrers to ensure that residents' equipment needs are met. The post holder will collaborate with health and social care colleagues to deliver effective, timely services, supporting hospital discharge, early intervention, and prevention of admission.
