Recruitment Profile

We have an exciting opportunity to join Scottish Borders Council as a part-time Professional Advisor at the Community Equipment Service, based in Tweedbank.

This role involves providing professional advice to all referrers to the service to ensure Scottish Borders residents' equipment needs are met and making recommendations to resolve issues identified by staff.

The post holder will collaborate with health and social care colleagues to deliver clinically effective services.

This position offers an opportunity to develop knowledge of specialist equipment, support timely hospital discharge, promote early intervention, and prevent admissions.
