Regional Sales Manager - Scotland and Northern Ireland, Willenhall

Join our team as a Regional Sales Manager covering Scotland and Northern Ireland, and bring your Business Development skills to our Sales department. Enjoy a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver commercial sales budgets and grow profitable sales across our product range in line with the Business plan KPIs.
  2. Support planning processes and present management updates to the Senior Executive team to demonstrate performance and future strategies.
  3. Collaborate with the specification team and major distributors to develop a strong project pipeline for the door hardware portfolio.
  4. Implement sales strategies supporting operational and financial objectives.
  5. Develop key market opportunities for security, safety, and architectural hardware products.
  6. Manage the strategic direction of category sales within the designated region.
  7. Engage in all business areas with a focus on sales functions.
Skills and Experience
  • Strong sales background with excellent planning and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing accounts and budgets.
  • Excellent rapport-building and communication skills.
  • Passion for growing and developing customer base.
