A part-time Receptionist position is available at Lerwick Health Centre, providing essential support in a busy GP practice. Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £2,380 per annum pro rata
An opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 part-time Receptionist in the Lerwick Health Centre. The Lerwick Practice is a salaried General Practice, providing medical services to a population of approximately 8,600 patients.
In this busy and demanding post, you will find no two days the same. The Reception staff have a key role in answering queries from members of the public as well as typing letters and referrals. Previous experience of working in a GP Practice would be an advantage, but training on the job will be given. The expected working pattern will be 0830-1700 on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
