At Entain, we're expanding our Brand team! As a Brand Manager for our Coral brand, focusing on Horse Racing activities, you will lead our brand marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels for one of our flagship brands. Responsibilities include overseeing promotional activities via TV, radio, press, events, outdoor advertising, and maintaining brand integrity through digital, CRM, retail, and social media platforms.

You will collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to develop a comprehensive brand strategy aimed at elevating the brand and driving strong commercial growth. The role involves creating and executing brand and product activation plans to boost engagement and performance.

We seek a proactive, enthusiastic team player who can collaborate effectively and bring expertise and energy to the role. We value a driven, energetic attitude, and while we work hard, we also celebrate success together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of campaign ideas, media strategies, and plans to enhance brand presence, attract new customers, and increase active players.
  • Act as a key brand advocate, working with cross-functional teams to ensure effective activation and consistent implementation of brand strategy across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with campaign delivery teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and maintain TTL (Through The Line) consistency across channels. Collaborate with media agencies to develop impactful media activations.
  • Assist the Senior Brand Manager in managing and tracking brand marketing budgets (ATL media & production), ensuring alignment with plans.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on brand performance metrics.
  • Champion the brand and advocate for the consumer's needs.

  • Experience in brand management and campaign planning.
  • A team player who brings positive energy and excellent collaboration skills, with high self-awareness.
  • A strategic thinker capable of managing long-term plans while delivering short-term results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
