At Entain, we're hiring within our Brand team! As a Brand Manager, working across our Coral brand across Football related activity, you will spearhead our brand marketing campaigns and ensure consistent representation across all channels for one of our biggest brands! The role of Brand Manager involves overseeing promotional activities across media outlets like TV, radio, national press, events, and outdoor advertising, while also maintaining brand integrity through digital, CRM, retail, and social platforms.

The Brand Manager will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to support the development of a comprehensive winning brand strategy that elevates the brand and delivers strong commercial growth. The role will focus on developing and executing brand & product activation plans to drive engagement and performance.

You'll be a proactive and supportive team player, collaborating across teams while bringing your own expertise and enthusiasm to the role. Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll support the development of our lead campaign ideas, media strategies, and plans to strengthen our brand presence, bring new customers into the brand, and drive active players.
  • You'll be a key brand force, collaborating with teams across the business to ensure brand strategy is effectively activated and consistently implemented across all consumer touchpoints.
  • You'll work in partnership with the campaign delivery teams to ensure all campaigns maintain TTL consistency across channels and are seamlessly executed. Work with the media agency to develop strong media activations that cut through
  • You'll support the Senior Brand Manager in managing & tracking brand marketing budgets (ATL media & production), ensuring that spend is aligned to plan.
  • You'll monitor, analyse and report brand performance.
  • You'll champion the brand and the consumer.

Qualifications

  • Experience in brand management and campaign planning
  • Team Player - Brings positive energy, an excellent collaborator with a high level of self-awareness
  • Strategic thinker that has the ability to manage and plan in the long term, whilst delivering in the short term.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results focused - takes pride in achieving results and celebrating success
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and should thrive in high paced environment
  • Data literate with strong analytical skills - Ability to consume, understand and interpret analysis to inform thinking
  • Strong manager of self - Self-sufficiency, proactiveness and innovative thinking accompanied by the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table as well as to develop collaborative solutions.
