Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Network Compliance and Controls will oversee all network-related compliance processes, working with platform owners to ensure controls, processes, and procedures are well-documented, enforced, and regularly evaluated for effectiveness.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a network compliance framework aligned with policies and regulations.
2. Advise senior management on compliance risks and audit findings.
3. Coordinate between Network Technology, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Regulators.
4. Establish clear ownership and accountability for compliance across network teams.
5. Maintain comprehensive documentation of network controls and procedures.
6. Assess and ensure controls are robust enough for audits.
7. Ensure all compliance artifacts are properly created, stored, and accessible.
8. Align network control frameworks with regulatory changes.
9. Promote a culture of compliance through training and awareness.

Qualifications

Must-have:

• Deep understanding of network infrastructure, security controls, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, SOX, PCI-DSS).
• Knowledge of RBC Network Infrastructure including TCP/IP, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, VRF’s.
• Familiarity with network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Nokia, Checkpoint, F5).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks and projects.
• Customer-focused mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize under pressure.

Nice-to-have:

• PMP Certification.
• Knowledge of ITIL.
