We are currently seeking an experienced Network Manager to lead the modernization and optimization of network infrastructure across a high-profile media and advertising organization. In this role, you will ensure secure, scalable, and reliable network performance, supporting a fast-evolving digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize network performance, ensuring high levels of security, reliability, and scalability.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure across multiple regions.
• Lead the resolution of network issues, plan upgrades, and drive automation and modern practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to align network services with business needs.
• Maintain compliance with security standards, ensuring robust documentation and proactive risk management.
• Report on network performance, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a key technical advisor to senior leadership.
• Lead and support a high-performing network engineering team, promoting skills development and team growth.

Key Criteria:

• Strong technical expertise in network design, implementation, and management (routing, switching, security).
• Proficiency in Cloud Management Tools, Firewall Security Tools, and Public Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proven experience driving automation and process improvements in network management.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a technical team.
• Experience managing network infrastructure across multiple regions, including the EU and UK.
• Willingness to travel within the EU and UK (with advance notice).
