We are committed to training, development, and promoting a healthy work-life balance. We offer rewards and benefits that make it a great place to work.
We offer a wide range of career opportunities at every level of the organisation, from apprenticeships to senior management, and across various contract types including permanent, fixed-term, and part-time roles.
Currently, we are undergoing exciting changes and have three key opportunities to improve our services. We are seeking individuals to collect stock condition, HHSRS, and EPC data to support our data-driven strategic and operational maintenance of our housing stock.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, new team dedicated to shaping regulatory workstreams, Decent Homes, and Decarbonisation Programmes. Your work will help ensure our residents are safe, warm, and secure in their homes.
We are looking for three highly motivated and organized individuals capable of conducting detailed stock condition surveys and HHSRS assessments as part of our 20% rolling annual programme. Candidates with an EPC accreditation or willingness to obtain one (training provided) are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must have a thorough understanding of building condition, component lifecycles, regulatory and technical standards, and the ability to ensure compliance with our duties as a landlord and service provider.
This role is primarily site-based and requires attendance at our offices or other locations within Warwick District for meetings and ICT purposes. Travel costs from home to the office will be reimbursed.
