About the Role:

This is a six-month fixed contract within the Longstanding Business area responsible for customer propositions for over 1.8 million customers. The Strategy Team focuses on data strategy, digital transformation, and simplification initiatives. Your responsibilities include developing digital deliverables, exploring AI opportunities, managing cross-business resources, and supporting strategic activities.

• Experience in digital solutions for customers and intermediaries
• Background in transforming customer journeys
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Business insight and commercial awareness
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to start effectively without extensive onboarding
• Experience with end customer and intermediary solutions is preferred
