We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis activity and support the delivery of our change demands.
This role will be a fixed-term contract for 24 months.
The role will be hybrid, based anywhere with travel to the Head Office in Carlisle twice per month on average.

The Role
Main responsibilities include:
- Identifying and documenting complex business requirements
- Engaging with stakeholders and SMEs to prioritize and shape requirements
- Analyzing current processes and recommending improvements
- Producing detailed options analysis with recommendations
- Documenting options, benefits, risks, and costs for decision-making
- Delivering business requirements as per documentation and approvals
- Collaborating with Test Analysts to ensure requirements are met
- Managing changes to requirements through change control processes
- Identifying and managing project risks and issues
- Working with the Project Manager on risk controls and resolutions
- Managing stakeholder relationships throughout the project
- Building relationships with senior management and third parties
- Ensuring project governance compliance
- Standardizing documentation templates and processes
- Completing lifecycle documentation accurately and on time
- Reviewing and improving the Change Management Framework
- Supporting the embedding of the Change Management Framework
- Promoting and assisting stakeholders in adopting the Framework
About You
We seek a candidate with significant experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, working alongside product owners.
Preferred qualifications and skills include:
- BSC diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent
- Experience as a Data/Reporting Analyst in financial services
- Ability to develop data dashboards and reports
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools
- Documentation skills for data processes and workflows
