Contract Support Partner

Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 9QD

£24,570 per annum

Permanent | Full Time 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm

Our team is committed to delivering a quality customer experience and works collaboratively to achieve outstanding results. As a Contract Support Partner, you will play a crucial role in performing tasks supporting the contract support function and the wider Strategic Workforce division.

Every day you will...

  • Assist suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders with agency invoice queries and facilitate resolution
  • Controlling and maintaining agency invoice self-bill platform
  • Produce weekly accurate billing files to clients
  • Administer and configure Agency and Bank Rates on IQX and Bank Staff Systems within appropriate governance and sign off
  • Various ad-hoc duties which may arise
