The key responsibilities for this Business Development Manager position will focus on developing new business and managing accounts across multiple verticals throughout the UK. The role involves growing and developing the account base, hunting for and cultivating new opportunities, and solution selling security systems installation, such as video surveillance, access control, intruder alarms, cloud-based security solutions, and remote monitoring. The role requires being autonomous, self-generating leads, and managing appointments. The successful candidate will join a sales team of 12 and will be expected to meet and exceed targets, converting marketing strategies into sales. Are you a Business Development Manager currently working in the electronic security sector or an Account Manager feeling undervalued and unchallenged? Do you feel you’re not being properly rewarded despite smashing targets?

This Business Development Manager role offers a basic salary of £70,000 - £75,000 with a realistic OTE of £130,000+ based on uncapped commissions.
