Leon Cycle is an e-bike business established in Germany in 2014, with operations expanding across over 10 countries in Europe, North America, and APAC. We offer a range of e-bike models, including mountain bikes, folding e-bikes, trekking e-bikes, and step-through e-bikes. Our products are sold through our online platform, e-commerce platforms, dealers, and retail stores worldwide.

As part of our growth, we are seeking a qualified EU Head of Supply Chain based in London. The responsibilities include:

1. Managing and leading Leon Cycle's operations, including demand planning, warehousing, logistics, and after-sales customer service.
2. Collaborating with Business Development and Retail Managers across Europe to ensure efficient supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations supporting sales growth.
3. Coordinating with the team in China to monitor stock levels, optimize warehouse space, and maintain accurate inventory counts; leading warehouse/logistics specialists if necessary.
4. Building, mentoring, and leading a customer support team to handle B2B and B2C inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and feedback.
5. Establishing SOPs and protocols for the Customer Support team.
6. Managing technicians and inventory returns, and reporting critical issues to the CEO weekly and monthly.
7. Performing other operational duties related to the supply chain as needed.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 10-15 years of operations management experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and after-sales support.
• Experience in retail, trading, or e-commerce sectors.
• Proven leadership of teams of 10-15 staff.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Ability to build, establish, and manage operational teams across various functions.
