Are you an experienced team leader or supervisor in retail or hospitality, looking to progress further into a management role?

We're seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our retail home store team. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will play a crucial role in selling our pre-loved items.

Our Warehouse Supervisors collaborate with the management team to meet key objectives and ensure efficient stock movement to generate sales. You will need to respond quickly and positively to fast-changing situations, creating a safe and productive working environment.

This role is varied, fast-paced, and hands-on. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries, and donations, it is physically demanding but rewarding, as you contribute to funding life-saving research.

What are we looking for?

• Experience as a warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality, or a customer-focused industry
• Stock management experience is desirable but not essential
• Motivated, proactive, and commercially driven to lead a team
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Results-driven, resilient, and adaptable to business needs

Our stores operate 7 days a week, and the role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, on a permanent contract.
