What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing employee relations matters with confidence and professionalism
  • Coordinating graduate, intern, and work placement programmes, and attending careers fairs
  • Advising on HR policy, performance management, and day-to-day people queries
  • Supporting wider people initiatives aligned to the firm's People Strategy and business goals
  • Partnering with leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support across the firm

What We're Looking For:
  • A strong HR generalist with proven experience across ER, recruitment, and early careers
  • Experience within a professional services or LLP environment (Legal, FS, Accountancy, etc.)
  • CIPD qualified (or working towards), with up-to-date HR and employment law knowledge
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with ease
  • Resilient, proactive, and approachable with the credibility to build trusted relationships
  • A strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
