What you'll be doing
- Coordinate portfolio planning processes, including managing various planning cycles and communications in collaboration with Senior Managers in Portfolio Management.
- Oversee portfolio refinement, prioritisation, and governance processes against evaluation criteria, escalating capacity management impacts as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting Senior Managers in aligning interdependencies and trade-offs across teams, and preparing for ad-hoc portfolio reviews.
- Track and report overall portfolio progress to relevant leadership, aligned with OKRs and budgets.
- Leverage data and analytics to improve portfolio communications, storytelling, and transparency.
- Identify, analyse, and escalate portfolio risks and opportunities, providing recommendations and maintaining risk logs.
- Develop technical tools to automate and streamline workflows, including analytics and reporting.
- Review and maintain portfolio frameworks to ensure consistent methodologies, including Knowledge Hub administration.
The skills you'll need to succeed
- Knowledge of business strategy and drivers of organisational performance, including financial literacy and KPIs.
- Use data insights to navigate priorities, make trade-offs, and deliver recommendations or decisions.
- Apply a human-centred approach to diagnose problems and find solutions within resource constraints.
- Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships and understanding business needs.
- Communicate clearly to manage expectations and outline required actions.
- Synthesise benefits and costs to secure resources and justify budgets.
- Analyze risks and opportunities, providing practical recommendations.
- Design efficient, scalable processes aligned with business objectives.
