Training will cover the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resource planning. Soft skills training such as negotiation, conflict resolution, stakeholder influence, and emotional intelligence will also be provided through scenario-based workshops.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach to identifying potential issues
  • Professional commitment and passion for learning
  • Ability to discuss technical topics confidently
  • Experience in outcome-focused delivery environments such as engineering, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or education

Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on a 36-hour workweek, with bonus opportunities
  • Entry into a leading defence and engineering organization with high-profile project opportunities
  • Comprehensive training programme, including online and on-the-job training, with industry-recognized qualifications (APM Project Management, APM Project Risk Management Levels 1 & 2, APMG Project Planning & Controls Foundation; exam costs included)
