Opportunity Overview

This role allows you to join the growing Academy division, where you will receive training and development while representing Experis on a leading engineering account. Qualifications and Skills
  • Commercial acumen with strong numerical, analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Interest in reskilling or developing project management skills
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Training and Development

You will be provided with tools, experience, and training in project, programme, and portfolio management (P3M), covering the full project lifecycle including scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resource planning. Soft skills such as negotiation, conflict resolution, stakeholder influence, and emotional intelligence will also be developed through scenario-based workshops.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Deliver key project management functions supporting overall project delivery
  • Support development of accurate financial and schedule estimates
  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling work packages
  • Produce and communicate project reports
  • Engage in stakeholder management and communication activities
Minimum Criteria
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive in identifying potential issues
  • Commitment to high-quality work and continuous learning
  • Ability to handle technical discussions
  • Experience in outcome-focused delivery environments in engineering, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, education, or related fields
