Role Overview:
A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their growing Residential Property team in Altrincham. This full-time, permanent, office-based position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, and new builds, from instruction through to post-completion. You will work closely with a supportive team and report directly to the Legal Director, contributing to the growth of a forward-thinking and reputable firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, and new builds
  
  
• Advise clients, including high-net-worth individuals, on a wide range of property transactions
  
  
• Handle files from initial instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision
  
  
• Provide mentoring and support to junior team members
  
  
• Deliver exceptional client service and build strong, lasting relationships
  
  
• Contribute to business development and networking efforts to support team growth
  
  

Candidate Profile/Experience Needed:

• 5+ years PQE in residential property (strong 4+ PQE candidates will also be considered)
  
  
• Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
  
  
• Excellent technical and procedural knowledge of conveyancing
  
  
• Strong communication skills with a client-first approach
  
  
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple files efficiently
  
  
• A team player with leadership potential and a passion for mentoring others
  
  
• A commercial mindset and focus on client care
