The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in delivering capital investment and improvement projects across their site, as well as developing future capital budget plans. You will manage a wide range of engineering projects—from equipment upgrades to full site expansions—ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About You:

• Proven track record as an Engineering Project Manager within the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of production environments, hygiene standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills with both internal teams as well as 3rd party consultancies and OEMs.
