Join Our GB Retail Business as a Client Service Executive

This is an excellent opportunity to join our GB Retail business as a Client Service Executive. We are seeking candidates with a broad knowledge of insurance products and markets, a passion for client service, and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be working towards or have obtained a Dip CII or be willing to pursue it.

We operate a Hybrid work style, enabling you to work from home 2-3 days per week.

Office Locations: Ipswich, Bristol, Birmingham, Glasgow, and Reading.

The Role

In this role, you will provide outstanding client service and support to a portfolio of new and existing clients across various industry sectors including Infrastructure & Utilities, Manufacturing & Industrial, Land Transport, Leisure & Hospitality, Retail, and Financial Services.

No two days are the same, as our client base includes every type of business in the UK, many with global reach, offering diverse challenges and opportunities, including relationship management and development.

Specific Duties
Client Relationship Management
  • Understand clients’ business and risk management needs; provide solutions through ongoing service.
  • Identify primary budget holders and decision-makers; establish and maintain relationships.
  • Determine appropriate solutions, structure, pricing, and placement strategies to meet client needs profitably.
  • Understand and explain policies and procedures as needed.
  • Provide technical, industry, and subject matter expertise.
  • Leverage expertise within technical teams within the business and across the Group.
  • Build strong relationships with clients.
Placement Management
  • Optimize revenue from new and existing clients using appropriate placement channels.
  • Maintain relationships with market contacts and the Broking Team.
Operational & Service Delivery
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and markets to maximize service levels.
