Job Description:

As such, Direct Medics are working in partnership with NHS Scotland to find an experienced and dedicated Specialist Biomedical Scientist who will be based in a Microbiology Department in Dundee covering specific tasks within the Bacteriology Laboratory.

This role is required asap to 30/09/2025 initially. Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Requirements:

• HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist
• Experienceprocessing positive blood cultures, storage of isolates on beads, processing organisms for EUCAST
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Right to live and work in the UK
