We are currently recruiting for the role of Assistant Finance & Contracts Manager. This pivotal role helps ensure the effective delivery of the finance and contracts service within our National Institute of Health and Care Research (NIHR) co-ordinating centre.

What will you be doing?
Role

Working within the Finance and Contracts team, you will support the Finance Managers with the financial and contractual administration of research programmes. Key tasks include:

  • Reviewing and approving contracts and contract variation documentation
  • Reviewing project financial reconciliation statements and associated tasks for financial assurance
  • Releasing, monitoring, and reprofiling project payments
  • Providing support and advice on financial processes and procedures
