Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Bring:
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a front-of-house team member ready to step into management, ideally from restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
- Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks.
- A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
- Driven and persistent in overcoming challenges.
- Strong literacy skills and attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust.
- Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, even under pressure.
- Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices.
