Pharmacy Dispenser Onsite | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off | 9am–9pm

We’re HeliosX, a healthtech company on a mission to transform healthcare delivery. In 2024, we supported over 2,000,000 patients with accessible medication. We recently opened our new Pharmacy Hub in Leamington Spa in February 2025, dispensing 10,000–15,000 units daily. Due to increasing demand for our weight loss services, we are expanding our team.

Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Pharmacy Dispensers to join our pharmacy operations team. You will be responsible for dispensing medications across various services, including weight loss treatments, dermatology, and men’s health, ensuring accuracy and patient care. You will work closely with pharmacists and the packing team to process prescriptions efficiently and safely, fulfilling our commitment to high-quality, rapid delivery.

Responsibilities
  1. Accurately select and label pharmaceutical products according to prescriptions and SOPs.
  2. Print medication labels and GP letters.
  3. Safely dispatch medications to patients.
  4. Maintain accurate and compliant Patient Medication Records (PMRs).
  5. Identify and report any medication issues to the Pharmacist.
  6. Handle stock control, storage, and expiry checks.
  7. Process returns and manage stock logs.
  8. Organize batch sheets considering expiry dates.
  9. Ensure GP letters are sent and follow up with patients.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Dispensing Assistant training, accredited and completed under a Responsible Pharmacist or ACT.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Confidence in using IT systems.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous pharmacy or warehouse experience is a bonus but not essential.
