Overview

We’re hiring a Site Services Manager to oversee the full range of building, facilities, and site utilities within a busy food manufacturing facility.

As the Site Services Manager, you’ll manage both day-to-day maintenance and longer-term project work, supporting production by keeping critical services running and continuously improving site performance.

Responsibilities

As the Site Services Manager, you will:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of all site utilities, including steam, refrigeration, water, nitrogen, CO₂, compressed air, and effluent treatment.
• Manage reactive and planned maintenance across all site services and facilities infrastructure.
• Lead and support site projects related to infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate and manage contractors and third-party service providers.
• Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and health & safety teams.

Requirements

The ideal Site Services Manager will have:

• Proven experience in a Site Services Manager or Facilities Manager role, ideally within food or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of site utilities systems: steam, refrigeration, water, compressed gases, and effluent treatment.
• Engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical) or equivalent hands-on experience.
