Job Description:

We are seeking a Service Architect with expertise in ITIL and ServiceNow to join a dynamic team. This is a hybrid role lasting 6 months, offering a significant opportunity to work with a game-changing business.

The Service Architect will be responsible for owning, designing, and delivering IT Solution Managed Services to a key client. The role involves ensuring that managed services meet client expectations, business needs, and organizational delivery capabilities. You will operate across all service lifecycle phases and collaborate closely with sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and clients.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience designing managed IT services, ideally within an IT service provider environment.
• Expertise in ITIL v3/v4 (certification required).
• Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Strong understanding of service design, delivery, and transition best practices.
• Experience working across multiple domains (infrastructure, cloud, workplace, application support).
• Experience supporting pre-sales engagements and creating service elements for bids and proposals.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex service concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the service architecture aspects of managed services, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and operational capabilities.
• Discover and define client service requirements through workshops, interviews, and artefact analysis.
• Design and align service offerings across ITIL lifecycle areas (service design, transition, operation, continual improvement).
• Develop and maintain service design packages, including SLAs, OLAs, RACI matrices, performance metrics, cost models, and tooling architecture.
• Deliver service architecture artefacts to transition and operational teams for effective handover.
• Collaborate with enterprise, solution, and technical architects to ensure service designs align with broader technical and business architectures.
• Contribute to creating reusable service catalog components, patterns, and templates.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external governance frameworks, including ISO, ITIL, and client-specific standards.
• Participate in service reviews and assurance activities to validate architectural fidelity and delivery effectiveness.
• Assist in creating and maintaining operations manuals and knowledge base articles.
