What success looks like in this role:

Unisys, an Elite ServiceNow partner, supports customers on the Now Platform for over 10 years. Our global consultancy team works across public and private sectors, including transportation, finance, pharmaceuticals, and government agencies. We implement a wide range of ServiceNow applications, supporting clients as a Managed Service Provider and with their own Cloud or On-Premise instances.

Overview:

We are expanding our consultancy team to advise, specify, govern, and implement solutions for our clients. You will leverage your extensive ServiceNow knowledge to help build roadmaps, create technical designs, and deliver business process improvements. You will provide technical leadership and governance, mentor junior developers, and undertake complex development tasks.

We foster a collaborative culture focused on mutual support and continuous expertise growth across the Now Platform.

Success criteria:

• Strong experience (5+ years) in ServiceNow development and customer engagement.
• Wide experience (7+ years) with the ServiceNow Platform and ITSM or Software Engineering background.
• Excellent communication skills with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to present solutions and guide best practice implementations.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, and experience with Certifications in these areas.
